Westworks and SUPC in partnership

SUPC’s trusted procurement partner for built environment services

Westworks simplifies procurement for the public sector — making it more efficient, flexible, and cost-effective. We are a not-for-profit organisation specialising in the compliant procurement of maintenance, repair, management and construction, services that deliver real value for organisations and the public purse.

As a proud partner of Southern Universities Procurement Consortium (SUPC), SUPC members can access our compliant, flexible and supported procurement solutions.

What you can procure through the partnership:

Our procurement solutions are powered by Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) — a flexible alternative to traditional frameworks. As an SUPC member, you can access our three DPSs.

Building Maintenance and Compliance

For procuring comprehensive property maintenance and building integrity services, decorations, mechanical and engineering systems, general building works, regulatory compliance and more.

Construction Management Services

Services that support the evaluation of your buildings’ condition, performance, and sustainability — including surveying, engineering, renewable technologies, and energy efficiency solutions.

Development and Construction Services

Procure design and build services for expanding and developing your estates. Through this DPS you can secure capable construction partners to deliver new builds, conversions or major refurbishments.

How we can help you

When you work with us, you’ll receive expert support and guidance throughout the procurement process and beyond. The Westworks’ team will manage the tender on your behalf through an e-procurement portal, keeping you updated every step of the way.

You’ll also have a robust audit trail for your tender, should you ever need it.

Open & evolving competition

New suppliers can join our DPS at any time, enabling you to invite preferred suppliers to bid for a tender (subject to approval).

Inclusive & expanding supply chain

Our supply chain supports innovation and improves access to local, specialist and small to medium contractors.

Flexible solutions to suit any project

A DPS has the flexibility to support every procurement objective and regulatory standard required for your built environment contracts.

Transparent & compliant

Our supplier selection and contract award processes are compliant and transparent, providing a robust audit trail of the tender process.
