Lindy Morgan
Chair of the Board
Lindy believes in the right to a home that is affordable, and the important fundamental role a home plays in the sustainability and strength of our communities.

Lindy also hates waste, reinventing the wheel, and not maximising opportunities to work efficiently. These drivers are key to the vision, purpose and culture of Westworks.
Her thirty years of housing experience has been based mainly around new homes development, as well as mixed use regeneration for both local authorities and housing associations in executive and non-executive roles, including chairing a major southern based housing association.
Cliff Woodward
Chief Executive Officer
Cliff joined Westworks on the day that it was incorporated in 2011, from it’s original organisation formed in 2005, and has since led the consortium through the changes required to provide the very best solutions and services to its many members.

With a background in off-site manufacturing and construction, and maintenance contracting in UK, Scandinavia and Europe, Cliff is passionate about bringing the UK housing sector into the 21st century. Having experience in both public sector procurement and contracting, as well as commercial contracting, Cliff drives a pragmatic and broad view approach to delivery and project outcomes.
In his spare time, Cliff is a volunteer Search and Rescue Technician with Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue, so don’t be surprised when he calls for donations for this critical service which is wholly donation funded!
Katrina Michael
Non-Executive Director
Katrina is the Chief Finance Officer at Alliance Homes, having responsibility for finance, treasury and procurement and purchasing.

Katrina is also responsible for delivering Value for Money within the organisation for which procurement and purchasing is an integral part. Katrina has been a Board Member of Westworks since 2018 and is interested in ensuring that Westworks is a financially sustainable service that provides excellent value for money to all members.
Alec Pagrem FCIOB
Non-Executive Director
Alec is a professionally qualified leader with over 40 years’ accumulated management experience in the social housing sector, construction, and development.

Alec currently works at Sovereign Housing, having previously spent 12 years at Aster Group, operating at Director level. Alec has held several board roles with a strong focus on governance, compliance, risk management, corporate strategy, and leading innovation.
Alec is passionate about delivering quality services in innovative ways, driving value for money whilst exploring sustainable solutions through the supply change.
Alec is also a strong advocate of procurement frameworks, and driving value from professional and commercial procurement activities.
Nigel Leighton
Non-Executive Director
Nigel is a Senior Procurement and Contract Management roles across Public, Private and Third Sector organisations.

Nigel is currently the Head of Procurement at Sovereign Housing Association one of the largest housing associations in the country, owning and managing over 66,000 affordable homes across the south and south west of England and the Isle of Wight.
Previous roles of note include Lead Contracts Manager in the Venue and Infrastructure Team for the London 2012 Olympics Organising Committee.
Nigel brings procurement expertise, including the application and governance around respective procurement regulations to support Westworks colleagues. He also promotes the importance of building sound, mutually beneficial, relationships with suppliers to ensure value delivery in contract life.
